We scrape real, public pricing data from competitors in your zip code — Google Maps listings, Yelp, booking platform public pages, and Instagram. It's the same data your clients see when they compare prices.
How accurate is the analysis?
We benchmark against the local median — the middle of your market, not outliers. For major metro areas, we have deep data. For smaller markets, we cast a wider net across your region. Every report includes the number of competitors analyzed so you can gauge confidence.
I already know my competitors' prices.
Maybe for a few services. Most operators track one or two competitors casually — not the full market across every service. The audit benchmarks every service you offer against the local median and shows you the annual revenue impact of each gap. That's where the insight is.
What if it says I'm priced fine?
Then you'll know — and that's valuable too. But your Muse Score covers more than pricing. You might be priced well but invisible online, or have great visibility with a low review count dragging you down. The audit shows the full picture across all three pillars.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment, one report, keep it forever. If you want a fresh audit later (say, after you've raised prices), you can buy another one whenever you're ready. We offer quarterly re-audits at a discount for people who want to track their score over time.
My pricing is complicated — tiers, add-ons, lengths. Can you handle that?
Yes. Send us your full menu however it looks — screenshot, voice note, CSV export, or just text it out. "Balayage: $165 short, $195 medium, $235 long. Toner add-on $30. Olaplex $20." Our agent will parse it all and confirm back before running the audit. The more detail you share, the more precise your report.
How does the text option work?
Text our number with your services — type them out, send a screenshot of your menu, or even a voice memo. Our agent reads everything, asks follow-ups if anything's missing, and delivers your report by text and email. Free during launch — no payment link needed.
Can I use this for my salon / spa with multiple providers?
Yes. Send us the services and prices you want audited. If you run a multi-provider salon, you can audit your full service menu. The report analyzes whatever you give it.
