We collect what we need to run your audit and deliver your report. We don't sell your data. We don't spam you. We use your information to give you a better audit and to improve our service. That's it.

We use your data to generate and deliver your Revenue Leak Report, send you follow-up emails related to your audit findings (you can unsubscribe anytime), improve our analysis models and market benchmarks using anonymized and aggregated data, and respond to your questions or support requests.
We don't sell your personal information or business data to third parties. We don't share your specific pricing or service data with anyone. We don't use your data for advertising or share it with ad networks. We don't access your private accounts, booking platform dashboards, or anything behind a login.
We use the following services to operate Muse Audit. Each has its own privacy policy.

Your report and the data used to generate it are retained for 12 months so we can support re-audits and track your score over time. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. Anonymized, aggregated market data (which cannot be traced back to your business) is retained indefinitely to improve our benchmarks.
We use minimal cookies — only what's needed for the site to function (session management) and for basic analytics (page views, conversion tracking). We don't use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, request deletion of your data, unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time, and contact us with any privacy questions. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
Muse Audit is a business service. It is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date. If changes significantly affect how we handle your data, we'll notify you via email.
