Muse Audit

Terms of Service

Effective April 3, 2026

1. What Muse Audit Is

Muse Audit ("we," "us," "the Service") provides pricing intelligence and revenue analysis reports for appointment-based service businesses. When you purchase an audit, we analyze your service pricing, online visibility, and reputation against publicly available data from competitors in your local market and deliver a report with findings and recommendations.

2. What You're Paying For

Each audit is a one-time purchase. You receive a Revenue Leak Report delivered to the email address you provide. The report is yours to keep. There is no subscription, recurring charge, or ongoing commitment unless you separately purchase additional products (such as a re-audit or market deep-dive).

3. How We Source Data

Pricing, visibility, and reputation data used in your report comes from publicly available sources including Google Maps, Google Business Profiles, Yelp, Instagram public profiles, Facebook business pages, and public-facing booking platform profiles (Vagaro, GlossGenius, Booksy, Fresha, etc.). We do not access any private data, login-protected systems, or proprietary databases on your behalf. All data is sourced from information that any consumer could find through normal search and browsing.

4. Accuracy and Estimates

Revenue estimates, pricing medians, and scoring in your report are directional — they reflect our best analysis of available market data but are not guaranteed to be precise. Local markets vary, data availability differs by region, and your actual booking volume may differ from industry averages. We recommend using the report as a guide for decision-making, not as a definitive financial projection. We do our best to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes from following any recommendation in your report.

5. Your Data

When you submit your service information, business details, and social media profiles to us, we use that data solely to generate your audit report and deliver it to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data (without your business name or personal information) to improve our analysis models and market benchmarks. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Refunds

Because the audit involves real-time data collection and analysis that begins immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds after your report has been delivered. If there is a significant issue with your report (e.g., wrong market data, incomplete analysis, or a technical error), contact us and we will either re-run your audit or issue a refund at our discretion.

7. Acceptable Use

The report is for your business use. You may share it with business partners, advisors, or your team. You may not resell the report, use it to create a competing product, or redistribute the underlying market data in bulk. You may not submit false information or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The Muse Score methodology, report format, and analysis framework are proprietary to Muse Audit. The data and recommendations in your specific report are yours to use. You may reference your Muse Score publicly (e.g., social media, your website) — we encourage it.

9. Limitation of Liability

Muse Audit provides information and analysis, not financial advice. We are not responsible for business decisions you make based on your report. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific audit in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will note the new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
